FAQ

1) Posted items bubble wrapped

All items are 100% new and in perfect condition when posted. To keep them that way, we bubble wrap everything.

2) Tinkerwand is not liable for any damage caused by the post office

3) Photographs of parcel with stamp emailed to you

We understand that buying online can be a risky business and to reassure our clients, we send photographs of each package with the stamp/frank attached.

4) No minimum order



I am based in Singapore. How do I place an order?



We accept Paypal payment on this blogshop.


Please note that all items are in perfect condition and bubble-wrapped when posted, and we're not liable for any damage incurred during the mailing process.

Normal/Register Mail in SG
  • Postage amount will be covered by seller.
  • We are unable to track if your item is lost in transit or delay as there is no Tracking Number for Normal Mail.
  • TINKERWAND will not be responsible for loss of mail. We ensure that our return address is written/pasted behind every order and photo is taken as proof of packing (with your name and address written)
  • SINGPOST will takes 3-5 working days* to deliver after your items is ready for dispatch. 
  • Our delivery & handling charge for Registered mail is S$ 3.00 in SG.
  • For Registered Mail, there will be Tracking No. given to the customer after we posted out the item.
  • SINGPOST will take 5-7 working days* for the parcel to delivered.
Register Mail outside SG
  • Buyer will paid an addition amount for mail outside SG.
  • TINKERWAND will not be responsible for loss of mail. We ensure that our return address is written/pasted behind every order and photo is taken as proof of packing (with your name and address written)
  • For Registered Mail, there will be Tracking No. given to the customer after we posted out the item.
  • For oversea Mail may take 2-3 weeks for the parcel to be delivered.
* Working days are not inclusive of Saturdays, Sundays and Public holidays.

Duration for our items to reach:
1-3 weeks upon ordering subjected to stock availability.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
- We will only take in PAID orders.
- We are not liable for any lost or damaged mail (registered mail is encouraged)
- We shall not be responsible for lost mail but would write return address.
- We shall not be held responsible if items shipped are of the wrong colour, damaged and/or missing. Please do read product info carefully before ordering and feel free to ask questions- always welcome :)
- All items are non-refundable and non-returnable. Where items are still in the original packaging and unopened, exchanges for items of equal or lesser value may be possible (case-to-case basis)
- All products are authentic. Whilst all are from reputable brands, for safety purposes, we strongly encourage you to do a patch test before using any new products. Stop using the products immediately if skin irritation occurs. We shall not be held responsible for any skin irritation or allergy occurring from the use of these products.
- We reserve the right to add, modify or delete any price, product or service featured on this blog without prior notice. In addition, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders at our sole discretion.
